AU, like the symbol of gold, is the name of this nectar that has come down to us in an old cask, from the distant 1995 vintage. Cared for by the expert hands of our unforgettable cellarman Alvaro and lovingly preserved by us to this day, it is a white raisin wine made from Grechetto, Malvasia, Trebbiano and Garganeca grapes. Not too sweet in taste, it is perfect with mature cheeses or dry pastries. Sublime as a meditation wine. Shipping throughout Italy, Europe and abroad.

A wine of ancient tradition, it is the result of careful selection in the vineyard of the best Sagrantino grapes destined for drying. Ruby red in colour with violet hues. A sweetish wine, it is a triumph of sour cherry, myrtle, morello cherry and blackberry preserves. The freshness is well balanced by sweetness and acidity. It matures in oak barrels for 30 months. It goes well with dry pastries, blue cheeses, chocolate cakes. After a meal it is an excellent meditation wine.

From Grechetto and Chardonnay grapes, it is a luminous straw-yellow wine. The nose initially recalls wild flowers and lavender, then hints of plum and apple. Savoury, mineral fresh and pleasantly fruity wine. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it matures in the bottle for about 6 months. Ideal for hors d'oeuvres, interesting with fish and white meat dishes.

Made from 100% Grechetto grapes, with a deep straw-yellow colour, it is an elegant wine on the nose, marked by a delicate minerality that identifies notes of peach, almond and hay. Savoury, with good structure, lively acidity and intense fruity returns. It ferments and matures in steel tanks. Quite a wide range of pairings: from pulses and cereal soups to noble cold cuts, fresh cheeses, pasta filata and white meats. Interesting with first courses, grilled fish and shellfish.

From 100% Sagrantino grapes, it is dedicated to the company's founder Domenico Adanti. From the best selection of grapes coming exclusively from a vineyard on the hills of Colcimino, it has an intense ruby colour with garnet hues. The aromatic range is intense: cassis, tobacco, coffee and graphite. Warm, powerful, spicy, with velvety tannins, it is a wine of long persistence. It stays 48 months in wood and 48 months in bottle. It goes well with succulent long cooked dishes.

Made from 100% Sagrantino grapes, it has a dark ruby red colour. The olfactory impact is important, with blackberry and plum fruit followed by suggestive notes of graphite, liquorice, juniper berries and aromatic herbs. Tannicity and freshness are well balanced with alcohol and sugar. Matured in wood for at least 2 years and as many years in bottle, it is an ageing wine that improves over time for more than 10 years. It goes well with well-seasoned and spicy cheeses, noble salamis, grilled meats and game.

International in style, called mad wine by Alvaro Palini, the winery's historic cellarman, it is a wine made from old merlot, cabernet and barbera vines. Almost impenetrable ruby red in colour, it is articulate and complex. The bouquet includes jammy berries, cocoa, spices, ink and a long balsamic trail. A persistent wine that reaches its maximum expression with age. It stays 30 months in oak barrels and at least one year in the bottle. Easy to pair with grilled meats, semi-hard cheeses and game.

The result of careful selection of the best Sangiovese grapes with a small proportion of Sagrantino grapes, this Montefalco Rosso is aged for 30 months in oak barrels. It is a full-bodied, complex and long-lasting wine. The aromas range from ripe fruit to a captivating roastiness with a spicy finish. It goes well with hard cheeses, grilled or well-structured meat dishes.

Made from Sangiovese and Sagrantino grapes, with an intense ruby red colour, the nose expresses the characteristics of the terroir of the Montefalco area. It is a mix of balsamic tones and fruity notes, ranging from cherries to currants, passing through blackberries and plums. The savouriness further enlivens the taste, even though it is already fruity and balsamic. It matures in large oak barrels for at least 12 months before bottling. It goes well with particularly tasty dishes and mature cheeses.
