IGT Umbria Bianco 2023 - Grechetto and Trebbiano from organic grapes. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation and maturation of the wine takes place in steel, so as to preserve the typical aromas and freshness. The lands of Monte Vibiano are dotted with springs and small streams. A particularly important stream, called 'rigo', gives its name to this white wine. It is at ease with many dishes, from traditional to creative interpretations and national interpretations. It likes well-balanced flavours: from mixed fried food to starters, from first courses to soups, including fish preparations, stews of farmyard animals and mixed grills.

IGT Umbria Bianco 2022 -Grapes: 100% Trebbiano, an ancient local variety, from vineyards in organic conversion. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation and alcoholic maturation of the wine takes place mainly in steel and in cement egg, while a small part is destined for wood. The ancient Trebbiano vineyard from which the grapes for this great white wine originate is surrounded by the Monte Vibiano forest, in an authentic and seductive natural setting. Within the vegetation lies an ancient water spring, from which this 'cru' takes its name. An extremely versatile wine, it loves first courses of all kinds, including those with truffles, vegetables and white meat ragùs. Not least on hors d'oeuvres, grilled fish, white meats and boiled meats.

Umbria Bianco IGT 2019 - Pure Trebbiano Spoletino Fascinating luminous antique gold. On the nose notes of pineapple, banana and pear alternating with sensations of ripe fruit, complexity and freshness, with hints of citrus and grapefruit notes enhancing salty nuances and herbs with an elegant touch of white pepper. The palate is voluminous and consistent. Savoury, fresh and with a lingering finish. Incredibly unique. 15 months matured in French oak barrels, a further 10 months in bottle.

IGT Umbria Bianco 2023 - Organic Wine Grapes: 100% Grechetto di Todi from organic grapes. The grapes ferment for a few days with the skins, before completing the course and maturation in steel.From one of the best estate vineyards, characterised by a beekeeping project that symbolises Monte Vibiano's idea of sustainability and protection of nature, comes this white wine with character, made from one of the region's most classic grapes. A wine that goes well with a wide range of food pairings. All white meats, in their various preparations, strong soups, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. It loves chicken stews, rabbit and game, including wild boar.

IGT Umbria Rosso 2021 - Grapes: "complantation" of black grapes from the San Giovanni vineyard. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel, with only indigenous yeasts; maturation in barriques and tonneaux. As respectful of tradition as they are curious about investigating the potential of their terroir, the family that runs Monte Vibiano has always cherished the past with an eye to the future. The San Giovanni vineyard is the fruit of this vision and comprises a multitude of varieties cultivated over time. A complantation that gives a dynamic red wine that is fine with the vintage. It is at ease with many dishes, from traditional to creative and international interpretations. It loves bold flavours: first courses with meat and truffle sauces, soups, stews, grilled meats and mature cheeses.
