The Casale di Ceci, measuring approximately 500 m², is spread over two levels and is divided into three flats that can accommodate 4 to 6 people each for a total of 14 guests. They all have independent double rooms with private bathroom, Wi-Fi and TV.

On the ground floor we find the main flat, which consists of a spacious 90m² living room with a large fireplace, a large dining table and a billiard table. There is a large kitchen with a stone wood-burning oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a gas cooker with five burners. There is a dedicated bathroom on the floor, with a WC room separate from the washbasin room with two sinks. The sleeping area consists of three double rooms (two with double bed and one with twin beds) overlooking the garden surrounding the farmhouse. Each room has its own bathroom with bath or shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. One of the bathrooms is suitable for disabled guests.

On the first floor we find the other two flats with independent entrances. The flats can accommodate four people each, and both have a large living room with kitchenette, table, communal living room, communal bathroom, two double bedrooms overlooking the outdoor swimming pool, with panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside and hills. Each room has an independent bathroom with bath or shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. One of the four rooms has a sitting area at the entrance and a mezzanine where the double bed is placed, which can be reached by climbing a wooden staircase.

The property lies on a gentle hill with an extraordinary panoramic view, has a beautiful swimming pool with a gazebo and barbecue for outdoor dining and a lovely annex with a wood-burning oven.
