The predominantly clayey soil with marl substrates, thus rich in minerals, the vineyard with all-day sunshine and the light breeze that is always present, favour the ripening of the grapes properly. The Ninni winery is young but deeply rooted in the territory, it comes out on the market with its first product in 2012 after 5 years of experience dedicated exclusively to the production of wine for self-consumption to drink in the company of friends. Passion alone is what drove me to embark on this marvellous, intriguing and difficult adventure, strengthened by the advice and secrets stolen from a dear friend, a famous producer of a great wine from the Marche region, who one day told me: 'I believe you are the only one who built the cellar first and then the house'. The vineyard's soil is totally grassed over naturally, no weeding is carried out at the base of the vines, the vines are never fertilised and are only helped during the vegetative phase with natural products based on seaweed extract. In addition, all treatments in the vineyard are free from the use of systemic pesticides, and only products permitted by organic farming are used.

From 100 free-footed vines of an average age of 60 years, a wine of great drinkability and sustained acidity is extracted, with a low alcohol content varying between 10.5% and 11.5% vol. depending on the vintage. A straight wine, not banal, suitable for fish dishes or as a simple aperitif.
