Aureo Umbria IGT Bianco, made from a blend of Grechetto and Viognier grapes, is a straw-yellow wine. The aromas range from delicate white flowers and chamomile to fresh fruit reminiscent of peach. They turn to fresh meadow herbs, and the slightly mineral finish already perceived on the nose is particular. The correspondence between freshness and savouriness in the return in the mouth is excellent, making it pleasant to drink. A wine that succeeds in expressing all its typicality. Excellent as an aperitif, to be paired with local caciotta cheeses or medium-aged pecorino cheeses; to be served with lightly structured pasta dishes. A wine that accompanies simple meats of chicken or turkey. Excellent with fish dishes.

Its alternation between savouriness and freshness is excellent. Drunk as an aperitif, it can accompany cheeses. Particularly suitable on tartare and meat carpaccios and with truffles, both white and summer; or to be paired with first courses and medium-structured meat main courses.

Made from 100% Sagrantino grapes, aged in oak barrels for 36 months and refined in bottles for 4 months. A wine with an intense ruby colour with nuances that turn towards garnet. The nose opens with the characteristic hints of the vine wild strawberries and raspberries, strawberries and marasca cherries, with a finish of sweet spices: vanilla, sweet pipe tobacco leaf and coffee. In the mouth we find it dry; the tannicity typical of Sagrantino is modulated by the freshness and good alcohol content that make it a well-structured wine. This barrique-aged grappa has a brilliant, golden colour. The aroma is enveloping and on the palate it is soft, rounded, with a characteristic and persistent fruity aftertaste. Produced from Sagrantino grape marc, harvested in October and destemmed before fermentation. Distillation is carried out using the traditional discontinuous steam distillation method, and the craftsmanship is skilfully followed by the master distillers of Giori Distillati Trentini. The grappa is then matured in barriques for 12 months, a fundamental step for it to acquire roundness and elegance.
