La Casa dei Cini was established as a farm in 2005 thanks to the enthusiasm of Clelia and Riccardo Cini, both graduates from the Faculty of Agriculture, respectively in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and Viticulture and Oenology.
We have modernised the facilities by cultivating new vineyards while trying not to lose our tradition: most of our vineyards have been designed by Riccardo with the so-called Taglio in Vigna, i.e. each vineyard, which corresponds to a wine, already has % of the various grape varieties, so that during the harvest we simply collect the different grapes that characterise each wine and vinify them together as we were used to in our grandfather's vineyards.In the first years of production we refined our techniques, offering today products that exploit the quality potential of our land.
