Just a few steps from the centre of Bevagna, along the Sagrantino road, our young winery stands, surrounded by vineyards. The care and attention with which we manage our vineyard at every stage of growth allows us to produce wine with different nuances each year.

Umbria, with its rolling hills and favourable climate, is a region particularly suited for the cultivation of olives and thus for the production of olive oil. Our organically certified olive grove extends over 11 hectares in the hills at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level in the locality of Fiaggia, near Torre del Colle, a few kilometres from Bevagna.Guido and Francesco take care of it in the most natural way possible from pruning to harvesting.the soil is rich in skeleton and not very clayey and is fertilised with certified manure.the soil is naturally grassed; weed species once cut are left on the surface for natural decomposition.

We will meet in our cellar, just a stone's throw from the medieval walls of Bevagna, in the splendid setting of the Umbrian hills. HOW DOES IT WORK? Duration: about 1.30 hours
