Land, trees, ancient structures that have witnessed the passage of peoples, farmers and ancient traditions, among them a castle dating back to the 14th century, finely restored, which gives its name to the place "Castello di Baiano". A family-run farm, focused on the organic cultivation of olive trees, cattle, sheep, pigs and farmyard animals, and more recently on the planting of an orchard (including ancient fruits), a cultivated truffle ground, officinal plants and the start of beekeeping activities. The Latini sisters, Valeria (Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology), and passionate about medicinal herbs and natural therapies. Sara (Degree in Economics and Business Administration) Entrepreneur, the heart of the company, who with great passion and a green thumb takes care not only of administrative activities, but above all of all of all agricultural paperwork, and Francesca (Degree in Economics and Food Culture) who is responsible for the food safety of the company's products and is passionate about beekeeping; together with their parents, they each make their own contribution to what is now a beautiful farm "Fattoria del Castello" with the possibility for young and old to have many types of experiences and learning and direct knowledge of a simple and welcoming environment that smells of tradition and history with a whiff of feminine novelty.

What is included

Description of the phases:

1) Observation of the plants that make up the planting, soil care, fertilisation, hints of pruning systems, the transformation of the fruit into oil and conservation.
