- Obtained from selected wet pomace of Sangiovese, Merlot and Ciliegiolo grapes, sourced from the most suitable areas of the DOC Colli Perugini area.
- Product obtained from the distillation of unpressed pomace using indirect steam stills (discontinuous system) that allow the preservation of the typical characteristics and fragrances of the original grape variety.
- Ageing: About 4 months in wood
- Visual sensations: Straw-coloured with golden reflections. Retains a delicate clarity and transparency despite its light amber colour
- Olfactory sensations: Intense, very persistent, ethereal
- Aftertaste sensations: The balance of ethereal notes perceived in the olfactory phase are also felt in the retro-olfactory sensations making it complex
- Gustatory or taste-olfactory sensations: Intense and frank; the initial hint of alcohol is followed by an aroma of scents ranging from floral and fruity notes to delicate hints of vanilla. Characterised by a sweetish vein and slight flavour reminiscent of seasoned wood, hazelnuts and almonds
