The Hotel:

Cosy and comfortable, our 10 rooms will allow you to rest in a relaxing and harmonious environment. Each one is equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom with an emotional shower, a flat-screen TV, a telephone and a panoramic view of the enchanting medieval castle of Collemancio and the unspoilt nature that surrounds it.

At our completely renovated hotel you will also find a small wellness centre with sauna, jacuzzi, emotional shower and relaxation area.

The Restaurant:

While tasting a 'Rosso di Montefalco', roasting a leg of lamb on a spit, we turn our gaze and admire a rosy sunset among the Umbrian hills. We are in Collemancio at the 'Ristorante Il Rientro' where, since 1978, the tradition of Umbrian cuisine lives on in our chef's dishes. Local products such as truffles, porcini mushrooms, Cannara onions, extra virgin olive oil and game, enhance the handmade pastas and meats cooked in the large fireplace in the centre of the room. "As well as offering Umbrian cuisine, 'Il Rientro' pairs its pizzas cooked on the wood-burning oven with a wide variety of artisanal beers. In the summertime, it is suggestive to spend an evening on Il Rientro's terrace, which overlooks the piazza of the palazzo del Podestà and affords a dreamlike panorama.
