In compliance with the Regional Law of 22/05/2005, the farm in question intends to offer potential users educational and training courses (which will be summarised in the following sheets), also lasting several days, focusing on knowledge of agriculture, the natural environment, the forest and wild fauna and flora, as well as resource management, the landscape and rural traditions, past and present production and social models and the historical and cultural heritage in general, to stimulate reflection and conscious action in favour of sustainable development.

The objective set by the Angeli Marianna Farm is to set up a didactic farm capable of spreading knowledge about the activities carried out on the farm, in addition to the accommodation activity. The farm will be open all year round and will be usable by a very differentiated target of users. The routes themselves can be varied according to the needs of the users and as will be described below, each of these has been planned to be carried out over the course of a day. Obviously, in the case of overnight stays on the farm, it will be possible to plan itineraries over several days. The farm can also be considered a dynamic structure that can be enriched over the years with new educational itineraries and enhance those proposed below; in this sense, the property intends to convert the entire farm to organic cultivation, thus enabling new educational itineraries to be opened up in this area
