Enjoy a 6 hours boat tour on the Trasimeno Lake, the forth lake of Italy.The lake has been originated by an earthquake thousands of years ago. There are only two minor streams flowing directly into the Lake and no one flowing out. It is only 6 metres deep but it is home to a great variety of fishes and birds. Beyond the downward slope, gentle hills form the backdrop to the lake, along with sporadic woods and sunflower and corn fields, vineyards and olive groves. Agriculture here is still carried out following traditional techniques.Enjoy a nice pic nic on board and a visit the islands of Trasimeno Lake.The lake has three islands: Polvese -the largest- and Minore which are not inhabited and Maggiore Island which is an enchanting fishing village. Ci sono solo due corsi d'acqua minori che sfociano direttamente nel lago e nessuno che esce. È profondo solo 6 metri ma ospita una grande varietà di pesci e uccelli. Oltre il declivio, dolci colline fanno da sfondo al lago, insieme a sporadici boschi e campi di girasole e mais, vigneti e uliveti. L'agricoltura qui viene ancora praticata seguendo tecniche tradizionali. Godetevi un bel picnic a bordo e visitate le isole del Lago Trasimeno. Il lago ha tre isole: Polvese -la più grande- e Minore che non sono abitate e l'Isola Maggiore che è un'incantevole villaggio di pescatori. In questo magnifico luogo si trovano anche la chiesa romanica di San Salvatore, la chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo e Villa Isabella dei Marchesi di Guglielmi.
