It consists of a living room, kitchen with pellet stove, bathroom, hallway and bedroom, as well as an outdoor area where you can enjoy your summer snacks. The hill of Montemalbe lends itself to beautiful excursions on foot or by bicycle to discover ancient convents and hermitages immersed in the dense forest where there are numerous marked itineraries. The house is easily reached by car from the Madonna Alta junction of the Perugia-Bettolle motorway, which is about 5 km away. The accommodation is equipped with a garage where you can "sleep" your bike or motorbike safely and warmly. Cars can be parked outside the dwelling on the reserved parking area. In addition to the owners, you will be welcomed by three dogs and five cats who want nothing more than to be pampered and caressed. If you are keen on cycling and trekking trips, we will be able to give you information on which ones to take and if you would like to be accompanied on MTB, road or Ebike excursions, Michele can accompany you as he is a cycle-tourist guide regularly registered in the Italian cycle-tourist guides' register under no. RG000117.
