The property, which is also an agritourism farm classified 5 spikes by the Regional Tourist Board, is located within a prestigious estate surrounded by a private park with 300-year-old pine trees. The structure houses 4 flats and 1 single villa, each ranging in size from 45 to 220 square metres, all finely renovated in keeping with Umbrian-Tuscan tradition and equipped with parquet, terracotta floors and chestnut beams. Special care is devoted to the furnishings, so that in each of the solutions guests can find original antiques. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen (also with dishwasher and washing machine, oven, microwave), a fireplace and up to 4 large family bedrooms, with the possibility of extra beds. All the units have satellite TV, independent bathrooms with prestigious bathrooms with shower or hydro-massage bathtub. There are five guest accommodation options: from 2 and up to 8+6 persons per unit according to family requirements. Each unit has private terraces with comfortable garden furniture and barbecues. By precise choice of the property, this 'little paradise' remains true to its original vocation and does not have a restaurant, but several can be found in the vicinity: the closest one, only 350 metres away, can be reached on foot.
