Located in Terni, 8 km from the centre and 1.3 km from the square of the Lower Belvedere of the Marmore Falls, this small house is nestled in an old courtyard between the Nera river and the main Valnerina road that you drive along from the Marmore Falls to Norcia. It is just a few steps from the Nera Greenway, travelling along it is less than a kilometre from the Marmore Falls park. This kilometre of dirt road is a pleasant walk along the river that you can take on foot or by bicycle. We started by chance to manage a few rooms in front of the Marmore Falls with dedication and initiative. The success we have had has led us to consider this activity a pleasant job during which we meet people and tell stories of life that always enrich us with each guest. We are fond of 4-legged friends and in our two rooms we gladly accept them as long as they are small and well behaved. They cannot be left alone in the room. Our rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, minibar, coffee-espresso machine, kettle and air conditioning. The structure is in the hamlet of Collestatte Piano near a bar, a pharmacy and a rotisserie, but even closer there is the River Nera and the Greenway frequented by cyclists and walkers of St. Francis heading to the Marmore Falls and Lake Piediluco. Nearby, here is what you can do: Visit the Roman Amphitheatre in Terni, the Church of San Francesco, the Fountain of the Zodiac, Palazzo Spada, the Basilica of San Valentino, the Cathedral, the Church of San Salvatore, the Lance of Light, the Great Press. Discover the Archaeological Park of Carsulae or ride the Greenway in the Valnerina on foot, by bike or on horseback. Immerse yourself in the CAOS, 5600 square metres dedicated to the production and enjoyment of the arts. Discover the Mummies of Ferentillo. Marvel at the blossoming of Castelluccio in the Sibillini Mountains in June. Admiring some of Italy's most beautiful villages: Narni, San Gemini, Orvieto, La Scarzuola, Todi, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Bevagna, Arrone, Ferentillo, Scheggino, Norcia, Cascia.
