The cottage consists of no. 3 autonomous and independent studios with bathroom and full kitchen, to allow a bit of freedom to your stay. We will provide you on arrival with all the ingredients for a breakfast to be enjoyed in complete autonomy. At our guests' disposal is a large garden with space for barbecues, a ping pong table, hammocks and deckchairs for relaxing, tables for outdoor dining and a private swimming pool.

BACCO is the studio on the first floor where Bacchus is the protector of the house. Facing west, it enjoys both sunrise and sunset opportunities. A small balcony overlooks the valley side, while the entrance opens onto the large garden Features: it has two double beds, one on the entrance level and one on a mezzanine; mosaic bathroom with double shower, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, fireplace with underfloor heating for the winter, satellite TV (Astra) and stereo. Shared outdoor spaces: large garden with communal outdoor barbecue. Numerous sun loungers and hammocks are available for relaxing in various places in the garden and pool area. In the plant room there is a washing machine and a large freezer. Inside the flat and in the garden, you can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi.

GINESTRA is the studio located in the main house, with its own entrance on the veranda with a large table made of patchwork stones. Large stone walls make it cooler in the summer. Features: Suitable for a couple, the studio also has a single sofa bed in case of extra need; terracotta tiled floor and ceiling with exposed wooden beams. Equipped kitchenette plus microwave oven, bathroom with shower, digital TV and stereo. Internet access by cable or Wi-Fi on request. The fireplace warms the winter days and the room has underfloor heating. Shared outdoor spaces: large garden with communal outdoor barbecue. Numerous loungers and hammocks are available for relaxing in various places in the garden and pool area. A large freezer and washing machine are available in the utility room. In the garden, you can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi.

ALBA is the name of the studio on the ground floor, because it is exposed to the beautiful sunrise and if you are a lark you can enjoy it. At the entrance it has a veranda overlooking the Tiber Valley, which is also ideal for dining al fresco on beautiful summer evenings; the flat is recommended for a maximum of 3 people. Features: it has a double bed and two single sofa beds mosaic bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, fireplace with underfloor heating for the winter, satellite TV (Astra), stereo. Also designed for the disabled. Shared outdoor spaces: large garden with shared outdoor barbecue. Numerous loungers and hammocks are available for relaxing in various places in the garden and pool area. In the plant room there is a washing machine and a large freezer.
