Description of the phases:
1) Observation of the plants that make up the planting, soil care, fertilisation, hints of pruning systems, the transformation of the fruit into oil and conservation.
2) Demonstration of the ancient tools for managing the agronomic practices of olive trees and the importance of oil production in Umbrian tradition.
3) Emphasising the importance of oil in a correct diet and in the Mediterranean diet.
