Dettaglio offerta - I borghi delle due valli
Alla Scoperta di Valdangius is much more than a wine tasting: it is a two-hour eno-gastronomic journey that takes you to the heart of our winery, through vineyards, cellars and authentic flavours. You can choose the time you prefer, at 3 p.m. or 5 p.m., and you will be accompanied by Danilo, Jessica or Alessandro, passionate custodians of our tradition. The tour begins in the vineyards, where we will guide you to discover the ancient art of the vine maritata and the beauty of our rows of vines. A sensory experience in the open air, where nature speaks and makes history. It continues with a tour in the cellar, among the steel barrels and the scents of fermentation. We will tell you how our wine is made, step by step, up to the ageing in wood and amphora, and then the final touch: the maturation in the bottle. You will also discover the machinery we use and our way of working: artisanal, careful, handmade, like the harvesting of the grapes. Because we are small, but rich in values and quality. The tour ends with a tasting of 5 glasses, freely chosen from all our wines, from classic labels to our most special jewels. Accompanying them: - our own cured meats - selected local cheeses - bruschetta with our organic extra virgin olive oil - and Valdangius home-made biscuits
An experience to be lived with all the senses, which tells of who we are, what we do and above all why we do it with so much love.
