Dettaglio offerta - I borghi delle due valli
Monte Cucco (1566 m a.s.l.) is a natural balcony in the Umbrian-Marchigiano Apennines, from which it is possible to admire the whole of central Italy, where the view extends for hundreds of kilometres. Towards the east one can see the Adriatic Sea and the Marche Riviera with Mount Conero. Towards the south, the Apennine ridge shows itself in all its beauty, with the chain of the Sibillini mountains, Mount Terminillo, and beyond to Gran Sasso d'Abbruzzo. To the west Mount Subasio, the mountain of St. Francis, stands out with its elongated profile above the city of Assisi. A short distance away is the profile of the rooftops of Perugia with nearby Mount Tezio and Lake Trasimeno, which like a large mirror reflects the rays of light. To the north, the panoramic view is completed by the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines
