Our historyAt L'Altro Relais, the menu is proposed starting from a careful selection of raw materials, chosen with particular attention to seasonality and local products, which are the basis on which the menu is conceived and structured. The final proposal is a cuisine rooted in the Umbrian gastronomic tradition, in some cases revisited and in others faithfully reproposed.
