You can stay in independent houses, each with its own private garden, located in two ancient hamlets surrounded by nature in the Valdichiana.

Until the end of the 1960s, the hamlet was inhabited by about 1,000 people who lived more on sharecropping and who lived in these houses with their families. Subsequently, the entire estate, consisting of two nuclei (Borgo Belvedere and Borgo Granaro), was transformed into accommodation facilities to allow anyone an all-round experience in the Umbrian countryside.Flats for couples, families or groups of friends, swimming pools, an equestrian centre, restaurant, educational farm and much more: the Poggiovalle estate covers over 10 square kilometres where you can walk in the woods, go trekking or cycling along the more than 30 km of trails, visit the livestock and farm, taste the excellent Umbrian and Tuscan food and wine, as well as the Poggiovalle brand products, made on the estate.But above all, you can relax, enjoy private open spaces and forget the chaos and problems of everyday life by rediscovering the value of time, silence, life in the open air and affection.
