The Agriturismo La Panoramica Gubbio - Maison de Charme is an old farmhouse converted in the last century into a comfortable holiday home surrounded by flowers and green countryside. Located 5 km from Gubbio, in San Martino In Colle, on a hill with a spectacular view of the medieval town, it is surrounded by a beautiful park, full of flowers and large trees. The Agriturismo is the ideal starting point for exploring Umbria, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto and Todi. Southern Tuscany and Arezzo and its province are just over 1 hour away; Le Marche, with its beautiful beaches and the Conero Riviera, and Lazio are about an hour and a half away. Perfect for lovers of peace, silence and tranquillity, it is also excellent for adventures and trekking, for a holiday as a couple, with family or with friends.

La Panoramica Gubbio in San Martino In Colle, Umbria, offers three flats with one, two and three rooms each, and two charming Cottages, Il Giglio and Le Rose, which can accommodate from one to five people, all different from each other, each with its own personality and style, declining in a personal and different way the country chic theme. Each flat has a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, with all comforts, in a situation of elegant simplicity and warm welcome. They are special places, particularly well-kept and comfortable, full of love and beauty that reflect the quality of the services offered by the property, which pays attention to detail and the comfort of guests. Wifi is available throughout the property, including outdoors: La Panoramica Gubbio enjoys a unique location, cooler than on the plains in summer, thanks to its swimming pool and lush vegetation.
