The farm makes environmental conservation one of its main missions. Respect for the ecosystems in which the farm is located favours the presence of wildlife and the quality of the organic products grown on the estate.

The farm is located in the hamlet of Asproli. Its location is close to the Tiber River Park (now also a Special Protection Area, SPA IT5220024), and the Forello Gorge and Pasquarella Valley (both Sites of Community Importance, SCI IT5220006 IT5220007), in an area where nature is among the wildest in Umbria. The property is located in a WWF affiliated conservation Oasis, and being in the countryside of Todi, it is within easy reach of all the main tourist destinations in Umbria.
