The Vocabolo Poggio del Pero farmhouse is located in Panicale (part of the Borghi più Belli d'Italia - Italy's Most Beautiful Villages) at an altitude of about 450 metres, from which, thanks to its favourable position, you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding hills covered with woods, vineyards and olive groves. The farm covers about 26 hectares of mostly hilly land and the predominant crop is olives. We have a stable with 8 boxes and several paddocks with sheds.We offer the possibility of coming on holiday to us with your horse for beautiful treks even lasting several days.

The optimal location of the agriturismo makes it possible to quickly reach the most important artistic and cultural centres of Umbria and Tuscany, or simply to stay in complete relaxation surrounded by unspoilt nature.

The agriturismo offers guests a panoramic swimming pool with an equipped green area, an outdoor barbecue with wood, a large multi-purpose hall with a fireplace and wood-burning oven, board games, table tennis, a small library, a service bathroom and laundry room, and covered parking.

The accommodation structure is a typical 17th century stone farmhouse, completely renovated keeping its original structure intact, from which flats with all comforts have been obtained, with large outdoor spaces for eating outdoors while enjoying a magnificent panorama.
