Equipped with a swimming pool and immersed in a three-hectare park, it is the ideal place to accommodate families or groups of friends of up to 10 people. The residence is spread over three levels and consists of two completely autonomous flats, elegantly finished and furnished. The Casale Conte Jacopo offers guests comfort, elegance and panoramic views of the Umbrian hills.
The interiors of the Casale are finely furnished with period furniture and are equipped with all comforts, so that our guests can enjoy their holiday to the fullest. In particular, the three bedrooms, two double and one single, located on the mezzanine and first floor, are air-conditioned. The bedrooms on the ground floor, also two doubles and a single, thanks to the considerable thickness of the perimeter walls, are cool enough not to require air conditioning.
