Enogastronomia FRANTOIO FILIPPI

BOUTIQUE OIL Frantoio Filippi grafts itself onto a land with roots as strong and ancient as Umbria and puts on the clothes of a modern minstrel-less storyteller who tells the world through the taste of oil.

Good oil speaks of love, the philosophy of the past, the knowledge of today, because for us quality is an asset to be built!

The Filippi oil mill was born where the olive trees tell past stories, of a relationship with man made of affection and harmony, of a nature that evolves without losing itself. The land of Giano dell' Umbria is our bonfire of memories from which we draw knowledge, reworking it into a distillate of taste and passion that conquers the contemporary palate. We treat our oil as a precious commodity, which follows a careful and scrupulous process. We combine the avant-garde elements of the oil mill, such as the Alfa Laval continuous-cycle plant for cold extraction and simultaneous double parallel pressing, with the human elements inspired by the passion of a family in love with the special Umbrian territory.

Its green colour with golden highlights tells of the value of that culture of sincere exchange with nature. As sincere as the taste of oil poured over toasted bread as refined as the preparations of the dishes of Italy's top chefs.

This frame seemed the right introduction to present the exclusive articles that are the absolute protagonists of our Wedding line. In fact, the perfect combination of quality and aesthetics gave rise to symbols that could represent life events or special occasions such as weddings or other important celebrations.
