The proposal also includes a visit with wine tasting at a renowned estate on Lake Corbara, about 20 minutes away by car.We will start with an outline of the company's history and D.O.C. which are produced, then we will talk about the microclimate and the reasons that make the fruits and therefore the wines of a unique quality. We continue in the modern wine-making and bottling plants, with a special mention to the production techniques and the route of the grapes from the vineyard to the bottle. Then the visit of the wine in its maturation phase will follow, from the imposing concrete tanks to the barrel room, to end up in the cave where the Classic Method Sparkling wine ferments for the second time. At the end of the visit, we will go to the Tasting Room, where we will be able to appreciate the wines and delicacies of the Umbrian cuisine and tradition.
