The aggregating theme of U-FLOW is the Waters of this important territory in the green heart of Italy. Water, understood as an element of union of geographically diverse territories, makes it possible to develop three circular itineraries that touch all the municipalities of the aggregation: the GREEN route runs around Perugia and the area north of the Tiber.

Starting from Lake Trasimeno to the Montepacciano Aqueduct to the Maggiore Fountain, from the Tiber to the network of its tributaries, water, the source of life for the extraordinary landscapes surrounding the cities, guides us to the discovery of their riches in terms of experiences to be lived for a tourist offer of extraordinary value.

Day 1

Arrival in Perugia and free walk through the city centre, along Corso Vannucci, the main street overlooked by the main monuments such as the Duomo, the Fontana Maggiore and Palazzo dei Priori, which houses the National Gallery of Umbria.

Free lunch.

In the afternoon, entrance to Perugia Underground to discover the underground history of the city at the time of the Etruscans and Romans, then return to the surface and enjoy a delicious chocolate tasting.

Day 2

Perugia/San Marco/Colle Umberto/Corciano/Perugia(route: 35 km difference in altitude: 690 m) - medium difficulty

Early in the morning, after breakfast, the circuit begins towards Corciano, passing through part of the Sentiero delle Pievi e dei Castelli del Perugino. You will thus admire the Castello dell'Oscano, Villa Colle del Cardinale, Pieve del Vescovo, and arrive in Corciano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

Day 3

Perugia/Umbertide (Tiber cycle route) / Perugia (route: 59 km outward and return same route - difference in altitude 360/580 m) - medium difficulty

The day will be spent discovering the Tiber Cycle Route, which, following the course of the river, encounters some truly suggestive places among small farms, abbeys and small villages.

Day 4

After breakfast, before returning to your destination, we suggest a visit to some of the villages of the Upper Tiber Valley such as Pietralunga and Monte Santa Maria Tiberina.
