The estate covers over 60 hectares and consists of two farmhouses and a single villa;

Re Artù is the main body of the estate, born from a skilful renovation, and is composed of 5 flats and rooms, a reception area, a swimming pool and a restaurant reserved for guests of the entire structure dedicated to breakfasts and dinners, but also wine and typical product tastings, poolside aperitifs or special events.

Re Artù's flats are located on various levels and best meet the different needs by offering a wide range of solutions (studios, two-room, three-room flats). Each flat is dedicated to a medicinal plant and is equipped with a fireplace, kitchen or kitchenette with kitchenware, LCD satellite TV, stereo, bathroom with shower or bathtub, wi-fi and provided with lovely outdoor spaces.

Villa Morgana, with a private panoramic swimming pool, is located in the highest position of the entire property. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view not only of the surrounding countryside and hills but also of the town of Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people and consists of: 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, panoramic kitchen with fireplace, living room with sofa beds. Morgana has a large porch where you can dine on warm summer evenings.The house was converted from an old barn, in the renovation we have tried to maintain the style, as can be seen from the exteriors that are in fact completely brick and the structure with high ceilings.
