The B&B is located just outside the village of San Martino in Trignano, a few km from Spoleto.

We offer a triple room, double or single use, in a flat on the first floor, for the exclusive use of guests, with private bathroom, terrace, outdoor space, private parking Attentive to every need, we offer breakfast with baked goods and organic.

The location is ideal for easily reaching, in addition to the beautiful Spoleto, the well-known tourist places and the beautiful Val Nerina, of which it is worth mentioning "the Spoleto_ Norcia railway line", which can be travelled on foot or by bicycle, a route that offers an exciting view. Numerous paths, also less marked, those of the Martani Mountains, can be done on foot starting directly from our B&B.

We offer a shuttle and transport service on request.
