Description of the phases:
- Theoretical and interactive lesson on the world of bees, their society, their way of being born, growing living and behaving all aimed at the survival of the family, as one and true organism, with final discussion. Open-air lesson with a walk to the nearby apiary to safely observe the continuous movement of these insects and their incessant work.
- workshop on "the products of the beehive" (honey, a vital food for bees and precious for humans since ancient times; pollen and royal jelly, fundamental nutrients for bees and powerful restoratives for humans; propolis, with a thousand functions in the beehive and used by humans as a natural antibacterial; lastly, poison, a bee's defence but also a medicine for humans.
