This morning we will travel to a renowned farmhouse near Assisi and have a fun cookery lesson in which we will get in touch with the Umbrian and Italian culinary tradition in general, and learn the whole process of preparing a delicious homemade lasagna. We will learn all the ingredients, the necessary utensils, and the techniques required to prepare the dough, the different preparations, and the condiments we can use. The lasagne we will prepare will be so delicious that it will be our lunch!

In the afternoon we reach a local riding school for a pleasant horseback ride. After a brief introduction to horse riding and the approach to this noble animal, we will begin a relaxing horseback ride along the enchanting Franciscan trail through landscapes of unspoilt beauty, spirituality and fragments of precious history.
