Educational trail on plants, cultivated agricultural products, new and ancient systems used for the enhancement, conservation and cultivation of the land; visit to the animal farm. Followed by tastings with products from the Bittarelli farm. The menu: bruschetta trio (bruschetta with Trasimeno fagiolina beans, evo oil and the farm's own pesto); La Cecina; soup tasting, gigli di farina di grani antichi Cappelli with cicerchie; cheese accompanied by jam; 1 glass of wine produced on the farm "Rosso di Piero" (Sangiovese, Merlot and Ciliegiolo). Guided tour of the Bittarelli farm. You will be accompanied by our teaching staff into the world of organic farming and traditions starting with the cultivation, processing and tasting of the final product. You will learn about our "Gamy del Trasimeno" grape vineyards, olive groves, special wheat fields, orchards, the territory of the ancient Trasimeno legume "la Fagiolina", the plantations of the magnificent Paulonia trees and the extraordinary life of the animals on the farm. Followed by an excellent quality tasting with organic products from the Bittarelli farm. Tasting menu: Tris bruschette- bruschetta with fagiolina beans from Trasimeno, evo olive oil and pesto from the farm-;La Cecina with organic chickpea flour from the farm and extra virgin olive oil from the farm; tasting of Bittarelli soup; gigli (special pasta) made from Cappelli ancient grain flour with chickling peas; cheese accompanied by organic jam from the farm; 1 glass of wine produced on the farm "Rosso di Piero" (sangiovese, merlot and ciliegiolo).
