Traditional and homemade cooking school followed by dinner at our wonderful 18th-century historic residence, Villa La Montagnola. Oil tourism, guided tour of the oil mill and tasting of the EVO oils produced by the estate. We will place our oil mill at your disposal to show you all the methods for producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil DOP. The tour of the oil mill will end with a tasting of the EVO oils. For fans of olive oil, the countryside and rural landscapes, we organise guided tours of our estate, which meanders between centuries-old olive trees, a forest of holm oaks and streams. In the spring period, we organise a guided tour for asparagus picking. In the autumn period, we organise walks in search of mushrooms and truffles. We will be accompanied by a mycologist so that the tour is safe and risk-free. Sport fishing: our establishment has a three-hectare sport fishing lake, equipped for carp, trout and catfish fishing.
